Vision / Mission / Values Workshops
When is the right time to engage us?
This offering is a strong fit when:
- Your current vision is outdated and needs to be refreshed
- There is little alignment around what you stand for or where you are headed
- A major shift is occurring within your organization or environment (e.g., rise of AI, post-merger integration, restructuring)
How We Work
Our approach ensures your workshop is both engaging and effective in delivering your desired outcomes. A typical process includes:
- Initial Conversations. We meet with the client to clarify goals and expectations.
- Leadership Input. We hold a session with the sponsor or leader to understand the current context, key challenges, and overall direction.
- Data Gathering. We conduct a custom survey to surface staff perspectives on vision, mission, values, and current culture.
- Workshop Design. We create a bespoke workshop that enables meaningful dialogue and culminates in a compelling, aligned vision, mission, and values framework.
- Facilitation. We lead a highly interactive session that is both productive and enjoyable.
- Follow-up Support. We offer a debrief call and a written report that includes workshop outcomes and recommendations for implementation.
Common Focus Areas
- Mission. Why we do what we do (impact on the world)
- Vision. Where we are going (future of the organization)
- Values. What we believe and how we do business
- Accountability. How we stay committed
- Internal Alignment. How different layers of the organization are involved
- Communication. How we bring others along on the journey
Engagement Scope & Budget
A top-down approach, a two-day, co-facilitated workshop budget—including preparation, intake, and reporting—will depend on scope.
- This format is best suited for up to 20 participants.
- A bottom-up approach would involve a series of workshops and an adapted process.
- For smaller groups (fewer than 8 participants), one facilitator may be sufficient.
Getting Started
If you’re ready to move forward, here are the next steps:
- Confirm the workshop’s objectives with your leadership or colleagues. We’re happy to support this step if needed.
- Once you have clarity on your goals and budget, we’ll provide a formal proposal.
- Upon approval, we’ll confirm the date and venue, and begin the intake process.
