Team coaching

When is the right time to engage us?

This offering is a strong fit when:

  • The team is underperforming or experiencing persistent conflict
  • Communication is happening outside the meeting room rather than within it
  • The team is misaligned on priorities, direction, or decision-making
  • A newly formed or restructured team needs to accelerate cohesion

How We Work

Our team coaching approach promotes reflective dialogue within the team around issues that matter most to them.

We focus not only on what the team is doing, but how they are working together. Every engagement begins with a structured discovery phase to assess team dynamics and align on shared objectives.

A typical process includes:

  • Assessment. We conduct stakeholder interviews and/or administer a validated team diagnostic tool.
  • Discovery & Alignment. We present assessment findings to the team, facilitate discussion, and align on coaching objectives and success criteria.
  • Ongoing Team Coaching Sessions. Eight facilitated sessions focused on real-time team challenges and agreed development priorities.
  • Leader Support. We provide guidance to the team leader throughout the engagement to clarify their role within the coaching process and support sustainable change.
  • Sponsor Meeting(s). Meetings at the outset and completion of the engagement with the sponsor and team leader (if not the same person) to align expectations and review outcomes.
  • Measurement. The initial assessment may be repeated at the end of the engagement to measure progress and inform future development.

Team coaching can stand alone or serve as a foundational element within a broader Culture Design engagement.
