Process Improvement Workshops
When is the right time to engage us?
This offering is a strong fit when:
- Processes —or the absence of them— have become a significant pain point
- Performance issues are surfacing across teams or functions
- There’s confusion around roles, responsibilities, or decision-making
How We Work
We help you revise and align key processes to support your strategic objectives. Our approach clarifies the “grey areas” that often create confusion, inefficiencies, and friction. A typical process includes:
- Sponsor Alignment & Stakeholder Mapping. Identify the objectives, ideal outcomes, and key stakeholders.
- Process Assessment. Conduct stakeholder interviews and develop a report highlighting pain points and a recommended approach.
- Process Improvement Workshop. A 2-day workshop focused on building alignment around key principles and generating a new way of working.
- Process Design. Translate workshop outcomes into a detailed workflow, with clearly defined decisions, roles, and responsibilities.
- Sponsor Presentation. Core project team presents the proposed process and way forward.
- Pilot (To-Be Scenario). Run a small-scale test of the new process and revise based on feedback.
- General Release. Launch the updated process, including agreements for iterative improvements over time.

Getting Started
If you’re ready to move forward:
- Confirm the project objectives with your sponsor, key stakeholders, and HR (if applicable).
- We’ll begin with the process assessment phase.
- After completing the assessment, we’ll provide a formal proposal for the remaining phases.
- Upon approval, we’ll finalize the project plan and timeline.
