How We Work
We design and deliver bespoke leadership development programs using a structured three-phase approach.
Unlike executive coaching, which focuses on individual leaders, this program develops leadership capability at scale across cohorts and systems.
Phase 1: Discovery & Design
- Initial Conversations. We meet with the client to clarify goals, expectations, and success criteria.
- Learning Needs Assessment. We conduct an in-depth analysis of learner needs, current skill levels, and preferred learning formats. This includes a review of relevant data (e.g., values, engagement surveys, prior assessments, or culture diagnostics).
- Design Approach. Each program is fully tailored to your organizational context, operating environment, and strategic objectives. Our methodology is grounded in:
- Adult learning principles
- Systems thinking
- Group dynamics
- Experiential and participatory learning
- Program elements may include synchronous and asynchronous components, virtual and in-person sessions, and individual and group-based learning.
- Communication Strategy. We partner with the sponsor and/or communications team before, during, and after launch to support enrollment, engagement, and integration of learning into day-to-day leadership practice.
Phase 2: Delivery & Development
- Individual Leadership Assessment. Best practice is to begin with an individual leadership assessment for each participant, using one of the validated tools listed below.
- Program Delivery. Delivery format depends on cohort size and objectives. This may include:
- A short-term intensive training
- A longer-term, cohort-based journey with multiple modules
- Integrated individual and team coaching components
Phase 3: Integration & Evaluation
- Ongoing Evaluation. We gather feedback throughout the program and use formal evaluation mechanisms at the midpoint and upon completion
- Follow-Up Support. We provide a debrief presentation to the sponsor and/or senior leadership team, reviewing outcomes, lessons learned, and recommendations for sustained leadership development.
