How We Work
Our executive coaching approach combines reflective dialogue with empirical data drawn from the leader’s business context. We integrate assessment tools to surface awareness quickly and anchor development in measurable insight.
A typical engagement includes:
- Assessment. An Interview 360 or one of our validated leadership assessments (see below).
- Debrief & Intake. An extended debrief session to interpret assessment findings, clarify development priorities, and co-create a structured leadership development plan.
- Ongoing Coaching Sessions. Ten coaching sessions focused on real-time leadership challenges, aligned to the agreed development plan.
- Ad Hoc Support. Availability between sessions for emergent leadership issues.
- Sponsor Meeting(s). Tripartite meetings (coach, client, sponsor) at the outset and/or completion to align expectations and review outcomes.

Engagement Scope & Budget
The standard investment for executive coaching is fixed per participant. This includes:
- Assessment and survey administration
- Project management and analysis
- Two 90-minute debrief sessions
- Ten coaching sessions (including two sponsor meetings)
The coaching engagement typically unfolds over six months and may extend up to twelve months depending on client needs.
Fees may vary based on assessment selection and scope.
Getting Started
If you’d like to move forward:
- We schedule chemistry conversations between the leader and each potential coach
- The leader selects their preferred coach
- We provide a formal proposal outlining scope, timeline, and terms
- Upon approval, the intake and assessment phase begins
