Culture Design
When is the right time to engage us?
Clients typically come to us when they are:
- Experiencing trust issues, conflict, or breakdowns in accountability
- Scaling and want their culture to grow intentionally, not accidentally
- Navigating complex transformations (structural, strategic, technological, or leadership shifts)
- Ready to elevate leadership capability and coherence across the organization
What Is Culture Design?
Culture is your organization’s core operating system. When left to default, culture can quietly amplify strategic risk. When intentionally designed, it becomes a driver of long-term value and coherence.
It is shaped by:
- Values. What people care about
- Assumptions. What people believe to be true
- Behavioral Norms. How work gets done
Culture Design is a structured, data-informed process for intentionally shaping this operating system, so it aligns with your strategy, leadership, and long-term vision. Our three-phase process:
Phase 1: Assessment (1–3 months)
We establish a clear, evidence-based understanding of your current culture and your desired future state. This phase typically includes:
- Diagnostic of the current culture and long-term strategic vision.
- Leadership assessments (executives and senior teams).
- Organizational survey and/or stakeholder interviews.
- Analysis of existing engagement or culture data.
Outcome: A comprehensive diagnostic report with empirical data and clear recommendations to move toward your desired culture.
Phase 2: Design (6–12 months)
We co-create the building blocks of your desired culture and begin embedding them into leadership and systems.
This phase may include:
- Executive Coaching
- Culture Design Retreats
- Team Coaching
- Leadership Development Programs
- Organizational Design (processes, decision rights, structures)
- Establishment of a Culture Change Agent Network
This is where strategy translates into lived behavior.
Phase 3: Support & Evaluation (6–9 months)
We provide structured, light-touch support to ensure sustainability and measurable progress.
This may include:
- Ongoing Executive Coaching and Consultation
- Pulse Surveys focused on critical cultural indicators
- Advisory support on measurement and evaluation tools
- Iterative refinement based on data and feedback
Outcomes
A Culture Design engagement typically delivers:
- A Team Charter (shared vision, aligned values, behavioral norms, accountability and feedback processes)
- Communication Strategy
- Engagement Strategy
- Ongoing evaluation and advisory support
Engagement Scope & Budget
Fees vary based on:
- Organizational size and complexity
