Building a Culture Activators Network
When is the right time to engage us?
This offering is a strong fit when:
- You are launching a major culture initiative
- You need to increase enrollment, participation, and shared ownership
- You want culture transformation to be implemented through a bottom-up approach
- You recognize that leadership alone cannot carry the change
How We Work
We support you in establishing and sustaining a Culture Activators Network as a structured mechanism for distributed culture change. This ensures culture change becomes self-sustaining rather than consultant-dependent.
In our experience, these networks are most effective when paired with early focus groups during the design phase to identify influential early adopters.
A typical process includes:
- Readiness Assessment. Sponsor interviews and materials review to evaluate organizational readiness and define success criteria.
- Identify Key Contributors. Identify and enroll early adopters who hold influence across functions, levels, and informal networks.
- Establish the Network. Define purpose, scope, roles, responsibilities, membership criteria, cadence, and decision-making processes. Includes a formal kick-off session and established meeting calendar.
- Establish Sponsorship & Communication. Secure committed executive sponsorship and resources.Develop a communication campaign that invites participation across the organization.
- Monitor Progress & Transition Ownership. Support the network in tracking initiatives, troubleshooting obstacles, and recognizing achievements. Over time, we transition management of the network through mentoring and a train-the-trainer approach.
