- Initial Conversations. We meet with the client to clarify goals, priorities, and expectations.
- Existing Data Review. We analyze relevant materials such as organizational values, engagement survey results, and previous assessments.
- Assessment & Evaluation. We tailor a mix of methods to your needs, often including:
- 1:1 interviews with all leadership team members
- A custom survey for the wider staff population
- Focus groups with key internal stakeholders
- Individual leadership assessments
- Analysis & Reporting. We provide a comprehensive written report and executive summary, followed by a 3-hour live session with the senior leadership team to present findings and recommendations.
- Follow-up Support. A debrief call with the sponsor to explore implementation options and next steps.

Engagement Scope & Budget
Fees vary based on the tools selected and the number of participants involved.
- Individual Leadership Assessment. The budget is fixed per participant and includes the assessment, project management, survey administration, analysis, and two 90-minute debrief sessions.
- Team-Level Reporting and Presentation. The budget for a full assessment report, leadership presentation, and 3-hour live debrief with the senior leadership team.
- The total cost will be determined based on the scale and scope of the engagement.
Getting Started

- Once you have clarity on objectives and budget, we’ll provide a formal proposal.
- Upon approval, we’ll confirm the overall timeline and schedule the leadership debrief.
